Terms and Disclosures
Effective September 2, 2026. These terms govern your use of aurumwg.com and describe the scope of our services and the material risks of owning physical precious metals. Please read them carefully before using this website or placing an order.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing aurumwg.com, submitting a form, or communicating with us about a purchase, you agree to these Terms and Disclosures. If you do not agree, please do not use this website. We may revise these terms at any time; the effective date above indicates the current version, and continued use after a revision constitutes acceptance.
2. Scope of services
Aurum Wealth Group provides general information regarding physical precious metals and may assist clients in coordinating transactions with independent third-party providers. Aurum Wealth Group is not a bank, IRA custodian, depository, tax adviser, law firm, or registered investment adviser unless specifically disclosed otherwise. Precious metals involve risk, and prices may rise or fall. Clients should independently review all products, fees, risks, tax considerations, storage arrangements, and service providers before completing a transaction.
Aurum Wealth Group sells and purchases physical bullion and coins and helps clients coordinate with independent, IRS-approved custodians and depositories when metals are held inside a self-directed retirement account. We act as a dealer in a principal capacity, buying and selling for our own account. We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, financial planner, bank, trust company, custodian, depository, law firm, or accounting firm, and we are not a fiduciary to you. Our representatives are salespeople compensated in connection with transactions, not licensed investment professionals, and nothing they say should be understood as personalized investment, tax, or legal advice.
3. Educational purpose only
All content on this website — including articles, charts, guides, examples, and illustrations — is general education and marketing information. It is not investment, tax, legal, retirement, or accounting advice; it is not an offer or solicitation in any jurisdiction where that would be unlawful; and it is not a recommendation that any product or strategy is suitable for you. Consult your own licensed attorney, accountant, or financial adviser regarding your specific circumstances before acting.
4. Market risk
Precious-metals prices fluctuate, sometimes sharply, and can decline for extended periods. You can lose money, including a substantial portion of the amount you spend. Past performance, historical charts, and prior price movements do not predict or guarantee future results. No return, level of protection, hedge, income, or resale value is promised or guaranteed by anyone at Aurum Wealth Group, and any forward-looking statement about markets, inflation, currency, or the economy is an opinion, not a guarantee. Physical metals produce no interest, dividends, or other income while held, and carrying costs such as storage, insurance, and account fees reduce net results. Liquidity can vary by product and market conditions.
5. Pricing, premiums, and spreads
Product prices are based on the prevailing spot market plus a premium that varies by product type, mint, weight, availability, condition, order size, payment method, and market conditions. Premiums on collectible, proof, graded, and limited-mintage products are typically higher — sometimes substantially higher — than premiums on common bullion, and higher premiums increase the amount the metal price must rise before a sale returns your original cost.
Our buy price and our sell price differ. This difference, known as the spread, is a principal source of our compensation and is disclosed to you before you complete an order. If you sold a product back immediately after purchase, you would generally receive materially less than you paid. Quoted prices are indicative until an order is confirmed, and we make no representation about what any dealer will pay for a product in the future.
6. Orders, payment, confirmation, and delivery
Prices are locked when we confirm your order verbally or in writing. Because precious-metals prices move continuously, confirmed orders are binding and generally cannot be cancelled; if a cancellation is accepted, you may be responsible for any market loss and related costs, as set out in your order confirmation, which controls in the event of a conflict with this page. Payment must be received by the method and deadline stated in the confirmation. Orders are subject to product availability, and delivery timelines depend on funding, mint supply, and, for retirement accounts, the custodian's processing schedule. Risk of loss passes as stated in the confirmation, and shipments are insured in transit as described there. Please inspect deliveries promptly and report any discrepancy within the period stated in the confirmation.
7. Retirement accounts
Only certain metals meeting IRS fineness requirements may be held in a self-directed IRA, and those metals must be held by an approved custodian at an approved depository — you may not take personal possession of IRA metals without triggering a distribution. Eligibility to move funds depends on your plan documents, your employment status, and your individual circumstances. Transfers, rollovers, conversions, distributions, and required minimum distributions may have tax consequences, penalties, or reporting obligations. Custodian and depository fees apply and are set by those companies.
Aurum Wealth Group does not provide tax or legal advice, does not determine whether a transaction is permitted under your plan, and makes no representation about the tax treatment of any transaction. Confirm your situation with your custodian, plan administrator, and tax professional before proceeding.
8. Independent third parties
IRA custodians and administrators, depositories, insurers, grading services, shipping carriers, and payment providers are independent companies that we do not own or control. Their agreements, fees, insurance terms, and policies govern your relationship with them, and we are not responsible for their acts, omissions, delays, or failures. We may introduce you to companies we work with regularly; you are free to select any qualified provider you prefer. Review each provider's disclosures directly before engaging them.
9. SMS and mobile messaging
By checking an SMS consent box, you agree to receive from Aurum Wealth Group only the categories of text messages you specifically consented to receive — inquiry, appointment, and account-related messages, promotional and marketing messages, or both. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages, and reply HELP for assistance. You may also contact us at 424-484-3843 or info@aurumwg.com. Consent to marketing SMS is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. Opting out of marketing SMS does not prevent you from receiving communications you separately requested or otherwise consented to, subject to applicable law. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
By submitting a form you also consent to be contacted at the number and email you provide by phone and email regarding your request. Contact us to be added to our internal Do Not Call list. See our Privacy Policy for details.

You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use; you may not copy, republish, scrape, frame, or create derivative works from the site without our written permission. You agree not to use the site unlawfully, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt unauthorized access. Market data, availability, and pricing shown on the site are provided for general reference, may be delayed, and may contain errors or omissions; we reserve the right to correct pricing or product errors before an order is confirmed.
11. No warranties
This website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. Product warranties, where any apply, are limited to those stated in your order confirmation.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aurum Wealth Group and its owners, officers, employees, and representatives are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunity, or market losses, arising from your use of this website or its content. Our aggregate liability relating to a transaction shall not exceed the amount we received as compensation on that transaction. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aurum Wealth Group from claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of this website.
14. Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The parties will first attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at the address below. If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider under its consumer rules, seated in Los Angeles County, California, on an individual basis only — class, collective, and representative proceedings are waived to the extent permitted by law. Either party may bring a qualifying claim in small-claims court instead. If the arbitration provision is held unenforceable, the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
15. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any signed order confirmation or purchase agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aurum Wealth Group regarding this website and any transaction, and supersede prior statements or representations, including any oral statements inconsistent with them.
