Privacy Policy

Effective September 2, 2026. This policy explains what personal information Aurum Wealth Group collects through aurumwg.com and by phone, email, and text, how that information is used and shared, how long it is kept, and the rights and choices available to you.

1. Who we are

Aurum Wealth Group ("Aurum Wealth Group," "we," "us," or "our") is a precious-metals company located at 11755 Wilshire Blvd, 7th Floor, Los Angeles, CA 90025. This policy applies to aurumwg.com and to the phone, email, and text communications we exchange with prospective and current clients. It does not apply to the independent IRA custodians, depositories, insurers, carriers, or payment processors involved in a transaction; each of those companies maintains its own privacy policy that governs the information it collects.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you complete a form, call, email, or text us, we collect the identifiers and details you choose to provide, which typically include your first and last name, email address, telephone number, state of residence, the amount of funds you are considering, your primary area of interest, the type of retirement account involved (if any), your preferred contact method and time, and any questions or notes you write. If you proceed toward a transaction, we may additionally collect a mailing address, date of birth, government identification, retirement account information, and payment or funding details necessary to complete and document the order.

Information collected automatically. Our website and hosting provider record limited technical data such as IP address, approximate location derived from that address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. We also record the page from which a form was submitted so we can respond in context.

Information from third parties. If you reach us through an advertising platform, referral partner, or lead source, we may receive the contact details and campaign information that source provides. We do not purchase consumer data for the purpose of building profiles about you.

We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers or financial account numbers through website forms; that information, when required, is collected by the custodian, depository, or payment provider under their own agreements, or through a secure channel we identify to you directly.

3. Why we use your information

We use personal information to:

  • respond to your request and send the educational materials you asked for;
  • schedule and conduct consultations and answer follow-up questions;
  • prepare, confirm, process, ship, and document purchases, sales, transfers, and rollovers, and coordinate with the custodian and depository you select;
  • maintain our client records and communication history in our customer relationship management system;
  • provide market updates, product availability notices, and educational communications consistent with the consent you gave;
  • detect and prevent fraud, verify identity, secure our systems, and screen submissions for automated abuse;
  • comply with applicable law, including anti-money-laundering, tax reporting, recordkeeping, and lawful requests from regulators or courts; and
  • measure and improve the performance and content of our website and outreach in aggregate.

4. Calls, emails, and text messages

Our website forms offer two separate, optional SMS consent checkboxes, and neither is pre-checked or required to submit a form. One covers automated text messages about your inquiries, appointments, account-related communications, and information you requested. The other covers automated promotional and marketing text messages about products, services, educational materials, and offers. You receive only the categories of text messages you specifically agreed to receive.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may also unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message, or ask us verbally or in writing to stop calling; we maintain an internal Do Not Call list. Opting out of marketing text messages does not stop communications you separately requested or otherwise consented to, subject to applicable law.

Mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS consent, will not be sold, rented, shared, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Mobile information may be disclosed where reasonably necessary to service providers acting on our behalf to deliver the messages you requested, to comply with applicable law or a lawful request, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or business transfer, or where you have given your consent.

When you submit a form, we record the phone number provided, whether you gave transactional/inquiry SMS consent, whether you gave promotional SMS consent, the date and time of submission, and the form and page where consent was collected.

5. How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose personal information only as follows:

  • Service providers. Companies that operate our business under contract, including our website host, customer relationship management provider, email and telephony providers, and analytics providers. They may use the information only to perform services for us.
  • Transaction participants. Where you choose to proceed, the independent IRA custodian or administrator, depository, insurer, shipping carrier, and payment or funding provider necessary to complete and protect your order.
  • Professional advisors. Our attorneys, accountants, and auditors, subject to confidentiality obligations.
  • Legal and safety. Where required by law, subpoena, regulation, or government request, or where reasonably necessary to enforce our terms, investigate suspected fraud, or protect the rights, property, or safety of any person.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy's commitments.

6. Cookies and analytics

This website uses cookies and similar browser storage that are strictly necessary for the site to function and remember functional preferences. These technologies support features such as secure sessions and remembering whether you have already seen or completed an offer. Necessary storage remains active because disabling it may prevent parts of the site from working as intended.

With your permission, optional first-party analytics may measure page views and form submissions. This may collect a randomly generated session identifier, the page viewed, the referring page, and the date and time of the event. We use this information only to understand website activity in aggregate. We do not use advertising cookies or cookies to build advertising profiles about you across unaffiliated websites.

You may accept or reject optional analytics through the cookie banner and change your choice at any time through “Cookie Settings” in the footer. Your choice is stored in your browser and applies immediately; events blocked before acceptance are not replayed. We also treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a rejection of optional analytics for the browser that sends it. Most browsers also let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings.

7. Data retention

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your request and, absent a deletion request, for up to five years from your last interaction with us. Records relating to completed transactions are retained for at least the period required by applicable tax, anti-money-laundering, and recordkeeping law, generally five to seven years after the transaction, and longer where a legal hold applies. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.

8. Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encrypted transmission of website form submissions, access controls that limit records to personnel who need them, and vendor agreements that require comparable protection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive identifiers such as Social Security or account numbers by unsecured email or text.

9. Your privacy rights

Subject to verification and to exceptions permitted by law, you may request that we: confirm whether we process personal information about you and provide access to it; provide the specific pieces of information we hold and the categories of sources, purposes, and recipients; correct inaccurate information; delete information we hold about you; and limit our use of sensitive information. You also have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights, and we do not offer financial incentives in exchange for personal information.

California residents. The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, provides the rights described above to California residents. In the preceding twelve months we have collected the categories of identifiers, commercial information, internet activity information, geolocation inferred from IP address, and, where a transaction proceeds, financial and identity-verification information described in Section 2, for the purposes described in Section 3, from the sources described in Section 2, and disclosed them for business purposes to the categories of recipients described in Section 5. We have not sold or shared personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA.

Other states. Residents of states with comparable privacy laws, including Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon, and others, may exercise substantially similar rights, including the right to appeal a denied request by replying to our response.

To exercise any right, email info@aurumwg.com or call 424-484-3843 with the subject "Privacy Request." We will verify your identity using information already in our records and respond within 45 days, extending once by an additional 45 days where reasonably necessary and permitted. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written authorization.

10. Do Not Call

We maintain an internal Do Not Call list and honor federal and state Do Not Call requirements. To be added to our internal list, call 424-484-3843 or email info@aurumwg.com. Your request will be honored within a reasonable time and retained for at least five years.

11. Children's privacy

This website and our services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years of age. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided information to us may contact us at the address below.

12. Third-party links and external sites

Our website may link to government resources, market data providers, custodians, depositories, and other third-party sites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information to them.

13. Users outside the United States

Our services are intended for residents of the United States, and information we collect is stored and processed in the United States. If you access this website from another country, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local law.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when the current version took effect, and material changes will be described on this page. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
